FAQ During Coronavirus/COVID-19
I will remain open during the pandemic and you will still be able to contact me by both telephone and email during this time.

At the time of booking an appointment, I will ask you whether:
You or anyone in your home (domestic customers) or business (business customers) has been diagnosed with Covid-19.
You or anyone in your home or business has been advised to self isolate.
Anyone in your home or business is at higher risk, i.e. over 70, pregnant, etc.
If the answer is 'yes' to any of these questions, I will discuss the best option for you before deciding what to do next. Non-urgent works may be scheduled for a later date, whilst I prioritise emergencies.​
